Alongside its filter bag manufacturing, Micro-one Co., Ltd. designs and builds waste incinerators, flue gas treatment systems and power plant dust collection equipment on an EPC basis. Designs are checked with CFD flow analysis and 3D modeling, and every system can be fitted with Micro-one’s own DuraFill™ and CataFill™ filter bags.
We offer cost-effective consulting tailored to each customer and provide after-sales service once the plant is handed over.
An E.BF is a hybrid dust collector in which an electrostatic precipitator (ESP) removes most of the dust first and a bag filter (BF) then captures the remaining fine dust. The lighter dust load on the bags lowers pressure drop and reduces how often bags must be replaced, and the system removes over 99.9% of dust, including PM2.5. Micro-one’s E.BF uses its own DuraFill™ ePTFE membrane filter bags in the bag filter section and suits coal, biomass and SRF power plants, cement, glass and steel plants.
How is an E.BF built?
Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP)
Discharge electrodes, collecting electrodes and a high-voltage power supply remove the bulk of the dust from heavily loaded flue gas
Bag Filter (BF)
Uses filter bags made from high-performance media such as PTFE, P84 and fiberglass that withstand high temperatures and corrosive gas
Gas Inlet and Distribution Device
Distributes gas evenly to ensure optimal dust collection in both the ESP and BF stages
Dust Discharge System
Collects dust from both the ESP and BF stages in hoppers for removal
Pulse-Jet Cleaning System (for BF)
Pulses of compressed air clean dust from the filter bags to maintain performance
High-Efficiency Dust Collection
Combines the bulk collection of the ESP with the fine filtration of the BF, removing more than 99.9% of dust, including PM2.5
Longer Filter Bag Life
The ESP removes coarse particles first, reducing the dust load on the bags and extending their service life
Wide Particle Size Range
Capable of handling a wide range of particle sizes, from coarse dust to ultrafine particles
Regulatory Compliance
Helps meet PM10 and PM2.5 emission limits
Flexible Application
Existing ESP or BF units can be upgraded to an E.BF, and the design adapts to a wide range of industrial conditions
Where is an E.BF used?
Power Plants
Removal of large volumes of fine dust from coal-fired boiler flue gas
Cement Plants
Dust removal from high-temperature processes such as raw material grinding and kiln operations
Steelworks
Removal of fine dust from blast furnace and converter operations
