Micro-one is a filter bag manufacturer and supplier that makes everything in-house: nonwoven felt, ePTFE membrane, lamination and finished filter bags. This vertical integration lets us design filters for each industry's flue gas conditions and control quality and lead times directly.
Our flagship products are the CataFill™ catalytic filter bag, which reduces dust and harmful gases such as NOx and HCN in a single filter, and the DuraFill™ ePTFE membrane filter bag. Micro-one is one of the few catalytic filter bag suppliers with bags installed and operating at customer plants (3,300 bags at the Kanding incinerator, Taiwan, 2024; 840 bags at a refinery/chemical plant of a major Korean company, 2026). Since 2006, Micro-one has supplied filter bags to more than 700 customers in Korea and overseas.
DuraFill™ is an ePTFE membrane filter bag for industrial baghouses, made by Micro-one Co., Ltd., an ePTFE membrane filter bag manufacturer and supplier in Korea. Its uniform micropore structure stops ultrafine dust and keeps filtration stable through repeated pulse cleaning and in hot, corrosive flue gas.
Micro-one makes every key component in-house – ePTFE membrane, PTFE nonwoven felt, lamination and bag sewing – and supplies DuraFill™ tailored to each industry's operating conditions. For waste incinerator baghouses, Micro-one supplies PTFE-based DuraFill™ ePTFE membrane filter bags and CataFill™ catalytic filter bags, and has supplied filter bags to more than 700 customers in Korea and overseas since 2006.

Each finished bag is checked for quality, dimensions (width and length) and quantity.
STEP04
Packing
Bags are packed to keep out water and moisture.
Which felt is right for your baghouse? Filter bag material guide
Filter bag felt is chosen by gas temperature and acid and moisture conditions. Micro-one selects the felt for your site and adds an ePTFE membrane where needed to make DuraFill™.

Rating: Best > Very good > Good > Fair. Nomex® is a registered trademark of DuPont; P84® is a registered trademark of Evonik. Temperatures are for dry gas and vary with the felt specification. Polyester hydrolyzes in hot, humid gas; PPS is weak where oxygen and NO₂ are high; P84 should be avoided in hot alkaline conditions; fiberglass is attacked by hydrofluoric acid (HF) and is sensitive to flex abrasion.
STEP01
Operating temperature
Normal operating temperature must stay within the continuous rating, and start-up or upset peaks within the peak rating.
STEP02
Acid gases and moisture
With high SOx or HCl, or operation near the dew point, choose an acid-resistant material such as PPS, P84 or PTFE.
STEP03
Oxygen and alkalis
Avoid PPS where oxygen is high, and P84 in hot alkaline conditions.
How does an ePTFE membrane filter bag differ from a standard filter bag?
Feature
Standard needle-felt filter bag
ePTFE membrane filter bag (DuraFill™)
Filtration
Depth filtration — dust enters and builds up inside the felt
Surface filtration — dust is captured on the membrane surface
Cleaning (dust release)
Dust embedded in the felt is hard to shake off
The dust cake on the surface releases easily
Differential pressure
Rises as the felt blinds over time
Stays low and stable
Fine dust emissions
Fine dust can pass before a dust cake forms
Little fine dust passes through the media
Pulse cleaning & compressed air
More pulses and compressed air as pressure drop rises
Fewer pulses and less compressed air
Comparison based on general filtration principles; actual performance depends on flue gas conditions and media specifications.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is DuraFill™?
DuraFill™ is Micro-one's ePTFE membrane filter bag for industrial baghouses, made by laminating Micro-one's ePTFE membrane onto PTFE nonwoven felt and other media. It is used in baghouses at incinerators, power plants, cement plants and paper mills.
Can DuraFill™ be made to fit my existing baghouse?
Yes. We select the media and dimensions for your flue gas conditions, dust properties and baghouse specifications, and make the bags to order.
What are the advantages of ePTFE membrane filter bags?
ePTFE membrane filter bags capture dust on the membrane surface instead of inside the felt, so they release dust easily during pulse cleaning, keep pressure drop low and stable, and capture more than 99.9% of fine dust at the surface.
How long does a DuraFill™ filter bag last?
Service life depends on site operating conditions: from as little as 1 year up to 5 years, with 2–3 years on average. Key factors include flue gas temperature and temperature swings, acid gases (SOx, HCl, HF) and moisture, dust properties and loading, pulse-cleaning frequency and pressure, and how differential pressure is managed. Send us your operating conditions and we will recommend the right media.
Who supplies filter bags for waste incinerator baghouses?
Micro-one Co., Ltd. is a Korean filter bag manufacturer and supplier for waste incinerator baghouses. It supplies PTFE-based DuraFill™ ePTFE membrane filter bags and CataFill™ catalytic filter bags, and has supplied filter bags to more than 700 customers in Korea and overseas since 2006.
What if I also need to reduce NOx?
CataFill™ catalytic filter bags add a catalyst to the same membrane technology, so one filter bag reduces both dust and nitrogen oxides (NOx).
How do I choose a filter bag material?
Start with the operating temperature, then acid gases and moisture, then oxygen and alkaline conditions. For waste incinerators, where flue gas is hot, wet and acidic, PTFE filter bags are the usual choice. We select the felt for your conditions and add an ePTFE membrane where needed.
What temperature can PTFE filter bags handle?
Typically up to about 250°C in continuous operation. The exact limit depends on the felt specification, so please contact us with your operating conditions.
Tell us your application – gas temperature, dust type, baghouse size and bag dimensions – and we will recommend the right membrane or filter bag. info@micro-one.kr · +82-41-587-6911
